A few more items scratched off the list:
3rd brake light reinstalled with command adhesive strips. UV durability testing in progress.
License plate rattle fixed with bending of bracket to put plate in slight compression.

AND license plate lights fixed. Why Jaguar used a plastic flexible hinge is beyond me. I replaced the original with a steel hanger that works almost exactly the same and won't become brittle.

Finished and installed.

Like the original remove two screws to allow hinge action and bulb replacement.
